Founded in 2004 The Music Firm was created with the intent to provide international services and consulting to Music companies as well as Artists. 

The firm is headed by Paolo d'Alessandro, a multi language, French born, Italian raised industry veteran who has held senior positions at independent labels (Roadrunner Records, VP International Marketing) and major companies (BMG Publishing Italy, A&R - Universal Music Italy, Managing Director Domestic Division).

The mission of The Music Firm for Music Companies is to provide international coordination, operations management and business development to companies in need of qualified staff without the burden of increasing fixed overhead costs. The Music Firm provides off site management services to its clients as well as trained consultants that can work on premises if required, part time or full time. 

Since 2006 The Music Firm has also expanded its operations into Artist Management.
